| About the Project | Through subcontractor Austral, O2 Marine was contracted to assist Rio Tinto in obtaining the environmental approvals required to execute the refurbishment of the Cape Lambert CLA Jetty. To ensure that ecosystem health is protected, ongoing monitoring of the health of the benthic communities and their habitats is required. This included conducting baseline testing and compliance monitoring of benthic communicates and water quality to ensure compliance with the Environmental Management Plan (EMP). This plan was developed to align with the EQO and the EQC of the MQEMP. |
